IDL Glitched points

so i watched my wife run IDL 4x yesterday and on 2 of the runs the artifact just stopped giveing points with both sides still in the instance. The 3rd run i went in and the other side leaves the instance but it doesn't insta win, we all just stay in and the points still spawn up but don't count.The 4th run we won. So what is going on? Did they try and fix it and made it worst are what?
